Pumpkin Pie Buns

“They’re creepy and they’re kooky

Mysterious and spooky

They’re all together ooky”

Happy Halloween!

You guys. Pumpkin Pie spiced buns – oh Lordy.

Two amazing things in my opinion. Pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon rolls. It’s a match made in heaven.

These were so tasty, I had about two in one go straight out of the oven.

Start by making your bun dough. Whilst your bun dough is proving make your filling. I used Libby’s pumpkin pie filling and mixed in softened butter, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and ginger.

For the icing I made a cream cheese frosting – I use Neurotic Mom’s frosting recipe as it’s super tasty and not too sweet.
