Strawberry and Chocolate Mini Trifles

I had some left over chocolate sponge cake when one of my sponges got stuck in the Bundt tin and was more mess than cake. Still tasted lovely though so obviously I didn’t want to just throw it away. But what to make with the cake mess/crumbs? 
I didn’t really fancy making cake pops. But I did have cream! 
So voila, trifle! Who doesn’t like trifle?!
